What to expect in our hiring process.
Starting a new job can be overwhelming—but knowing what to expect can ease the nerves. That’s why we’ve laid out every step of our hiring process. It’s just one of the ways we live our values and prove that transparency isn’t just a buzzword—it’s part of our culture.
Step 1
Apply Online
- Submit your application through our careers portal. We review every submission and look for a strong alignment with our culture and the role.
Step 2
Phone Interview
- If it’s a match, one of our recruiters will give you a call. This is your chance to ask questions, learn more about the role, and tell us about your background and goals.
Step 3
In-Person Interview
- You’ll visit one of our locations to meet with a hiring manager. We’ll talk more in-depth about the position, give you a feel for the environment, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4
Offer & Decision
- After your interview, we’ll follow up with a decision quickly. If it’s a go, we’ll extend an offer and get the ball rolling on next steps like onboarding and training!

- Once you've arrived at Infinity, proceed through our main doors which will lead you to our lobby. Speak with our secretary or use our automated check-in software and our hiring manager will speak with you promptly.
